This scene reflects the seen and unseen. Here the Detectives Coffen-Ed Jones and Grave Digger Johnson have been demoted to a regular street beat cops after complaints from a local community activist, former soldier, photographer and unknown drug dealer Joe. Joe is the man in the blue coat who is wearing the same replica of outfit of the communities former hero Charleston Blue who is believed to be dead. The seen is that, Joe believes he has won his battle with Coffen Ed and Grave Digger to become the drug king lord of Harlem. The unseen is that it is Joe's arrogance that will lead to his dimes. Joe is unaware that the detectives will fake their own deaths just to trap him and bring him to justice, stop his comrades from polluting the community with drugs.
